Vrh pri Boštanju is a settlement in the hills to the southwest of Boštanj in the Sevnica municipality in east central Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Lower Sava statistical region.[2]

There are two churches in the settlement. Both belongs to the Boštanj parish. The pilgrimage church dedicated to the Assumption of Mary is built on top of the Topolovec hill to the south of the valley of the Grahovica stream. It was built in 1734.[3] A second church in the western part of the settlement is dedicated to Saint Anne and dates to the 17th century.[4]
